At Langgo, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy below for refunds and order cancellations.


🔄 Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been processed or shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, email us at langguanginc@gmail.com with your Order ID.
  • Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled but may still be eligible for return (see our [Change & Return Policy]).

💰 Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

1. Damaged / Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

2. Eligible Returns

  • Items returned in accordance with our [Change & Return Policy] will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Returned items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging.
  • Items marked final sale or non-returnable (e.g., personal care items, intimates).
  • Requests made after the return period has expired.
