Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., underwear, cosmetics, personal care products) may not be eligible for return.

🔄 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at langguanginc@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for the return.
  2. Wait for our team to confirm your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Send the item back to the provided return address. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll fix the issue at no extra cost.
