✅ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., underwear, cosmetics, personal care products) may not be eligible for return.
🔄 How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at langguanginc@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for the return.
- Wait for our team to confirm your request and provide return instructions.
- Send the item back to the provided return address. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
💸 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll fix the issue at no extra cost.
